Lune is not medical advice
Lune offers general sleep guidance for healthy babies, built from your child's own sleep log. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose anything, and it is not a substitute for your pediatrician. For questions about your baby's health — breathing, fever, feeding, development, or anything that worries you — talk to a doctor. In an emergency, call emergency services, not an app.
Answers on safe-sleep topics (sleep position, bedding, room temperature, and similar) come from a fixed set of responses aligned with published NHS, Lullaby Trust, and AAP guidance, and always point you to your pediatrician. Everything else is guidance from your baby's log, and like all guidance about babies, it can be wrong. You know your child; you decide.
Your account
You need to be an adult to use Lune. Keep your account to yourself; the data in it belongs to your household. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which removes it from Lune's servers as described in the privacy policy.
Households
Inviting someone to your household shares your child's profile and sleep history with them, and everything they log becomes part of the shared record. Invite only people you trust with that. A parent can remove members in Settings.
Fair use
Don't use Lune to store anything but your own family's sleep data, don't probe or overload the service, and don't try to make the chat do things unrelated to your baby's sleep. Chat has a daily allowance per account to keep the service affordable; it resets each day.
The service
Lune is provided as is. It aims to be dependable — your data syncs and is backed up on the server — but no availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose is guaranteed, and to the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you paid for the service. Lune may change or add features over time; anything that changes what happens to your data will be reflected in the privacy policy first.
Ending things
You can stop using Lune and delete your account whenever you like. Accounts abusing the service can be closed; if that ever happens to yours by mistake, write to support@luneapp.ai.
